MANAGEMENT
Denver is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience within the professional services industry. He has consulted for a wide variety of clients in Southern Africa, Europe and the USA. In 2003, after four years of global consulting assignments at KPMG in London, Denver founded Numeritas after seeing a gap in the market for an independent financial modelling consultancy.
At Numeritas Denver has taken an active role in business development activities including alliance programs and new service and product development initiatives. Despite a busy schedule Denver maintains an active involvement in project delivery.
Stephen is a Chartered Management Accountant and has over ten years of financial modelling experience both at KPMG and Deloitte. His early career included engineering, sales and corporate management roles. In 2004, Stephen joined Numeritas as a co-owner and a Managing Director.
At Numeritas Stephen focuses on client relationship management, project delivery, methodologies and business processes. In addition he takes a lead on recruitment and team development.
Ben trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London specialising in the Financial Sector. After qualifying in 2002, he spent two years working in KPMG’s Corporate Recovery team in the Cayman Islands before returning to London to join their Financial Modelling group.
In 2006, Ben started his own financial modelling consultancy which he ran for two years before joining Numeritas in 2008.
Over his career Ben has gained extensive experience in both building and reviewing sophisticated financial models, including intelligent macros and data handling across a number of industry sectors.
CONSULTANTS
Christine qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and went on to specialise in financial modelling with KPMG Consulting for two years before joining their Corporate Finance Group in 2000. In 2006 Christine joined Numeritas as an Associate Director.
Christine has gained a wide experience in both developing and reviewing models for corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, private equity, debt advisory and PFI.
May trained as a Chartered Management Accountant with Barclays Bank Plc. After qualifying in 2009, she went on to contracting roles within the financial services sector.
May has over seven years of accounting & finance experience gained across various industries, including IT services, Automotive and Food & Beverages.
Hazel has 6 years of experience working in finance, having previously been employed as an Actuarial Analyst, advising a range of clients on risk management solutions for their pension schemes.
After gaining her Diploma in Actuarial Techniques, Hazel spent a further 2 years working for Equidisto before joining Numeritas in 2012.
Vinay graduated with a degree in mathematics and finance in 2011 and went on to work within management accounting as a trainee accountant for a leading UK charity before joining Numeritas as an Analyst in 2012.
