Denver is a Chartered Accountant, with over 14 years of experience within the professional services industry. He has consulted wide variety of clients in Southern Africa, Europe and the USA. In 2003, after four years of global consulting assignments at KPMG in London, Denver founded Numeritas, a niche Financial Modelling Consultancy.

At Numeritas, Denver has taken an active role in business development activities, including alliance programs and new service and product development initiatives. Despite a busy schedule, Denver maintains an active involvement in project delivery.

Stephen is a Chartered Management Accountant and has over ten years of financial modelling experience at KPMG and Deloitte. His early career included engineering, sales and corporate management roles. In 2003, Stephen joined Numeritas as a co-owner and a Managing Director.

At Numeritas, Stephen focuses on client relationship management, project delivery, methodologies and business processes. In addition he takes a lead on recruitment and team development.

Ben trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London specialising in the Financial Sector. After qualifying in 2002, he spent two years working in KPMG’s Corporate Recovery team in the Cayman Islands before returning to London to join their Financial Modelling group.

In 2006, Ben started his own financial modelling consultancy which he ran for two years before joining Numeritas in 2008.

Over his career, Ben has gained extensive experience in both building and reviewing sophisticated financial models, including intelligent macros and data handling across a number of industry sectors.

Christine qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and went on to specialise in financial modelling with KPMG Consulting for two years before joining their Corporate Finance Group in 2000. In 2006, Christine joined Numeritas as an associate director.

Christine has gained a wide experience in both developing and reviewing models for corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, private equity, debt advisory and PFI.

Louise gained her honours degree with a distinction in mathematics and drama from the Rhodes University, in South Africa.

Before joining Numeritas in 2008, Louise had worked as a mathematics teacher, later taking on the role of Head of Mathematics at a top London prep school for four years.

At Numeritas, she has been involved in a wide range of model review and build work, working for organisations in both the private and the public sectors.

Clare trained as a financial analyst with a private equity firm, focussing on renewable energy technologies and large scale generation projects, building financial models used to support investment transactions.

She gained further experience with a wind farm developer, modelling a pipeline of wind energy projects. She also worked with the finance team to develop the company budget model.

Since joining the team, Clare has gained a wider industry experience in modelling, including work for the retail and financial sectors.
